U.S. Navy Petty Officer Second Class (PO2) Francis Surilla, stationed overseas in Souda Bay, Greece initially knew little about the MAS car-buying program. With his PCS date approaching, he ordered a dependable vehicle that could handle a variety of adventures, both on and off-road.
